seriously it hurts SO MUCH
one time she was massaging it to work out the stiffness
and I was crying and screaming and writhing in agony
and she kept telling me to relax but it hurt SO MUCH
although I still pretty much howl with pain whenever my therapist so much as touches this one muscle
