Let me preface this by saying that I am a very new fan. I first listened to The Cab in, I think, early December. I haven’t had any life-changing experiences involving them or their music, they’re not my favourite band. That being said, I do still love them and their music.
I love The Cab because they’re all phenomenal musicians and they’re wildly passionate about what they do. I love The Cab because they’re kind to their fans, to the point where Joey came up to me in a restaurant and introduced himself while I was trying to not be invasive and creepy. I love The Cab because I had a complete emotional breakdown at one of their shows and they didn’t make me feel shitty about it-just thanked me for rocking out. I love The Cab because when I listen to their music, I start choreographing circus routines without even thinking about it. I love The Cab because they’re a bunch of kids who made it big, and I always have tons of respect for people who get their break young but don’t turn into egotistical douchebags.
